EMLab Team #7 dispatched to Freetown, Sierra Leone
The EMLab unit located at Hastings in Freetown, Sierra Leone is operating since December last year and is continuing to provide Ebola virus diagnostics with a quick turnaround time. Team #7 rotation was dispatched on the 11th of February. The team consists of scientists from Public-Health-England, the Thünen Institute in Hamburg, the Redeemer`s University, Nigeria and the Bernhard-Nocht-Institute for Tropical Medicine.
